How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization : Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) to ensure it’s returned in the same condition it was received. Include the RAN with your return.

4. Ship the Item : Return the item using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:

– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

– If your order qualified for free shipping but you return an item that causes your total to drop below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
